Grief Yoga
Grief Yoga with Camellia Rumball

This practice uses gentle movement to support individuals in being with their grief in a small, supportive group setting.
Attendees are asked to attend all three sessions and to bring their own mat and a thick pillow or bolster.
Grief yoga can be done on a yoga mat or in a chair.
No experience with yoga is necessary.
Space is limited.
