Join ceramic artist Ray Niebergall in exploring grief through the tactile medium of clay. Ray will gently guide you through different therapeutic practices to express emotion and feelings by creating your own piece of ceramic art.
The “Healing Arts” series uses art-making to encourage expression, insight, and growth in a caring environment. Participants will be offered new ways to tell their stories, express emotions without words, and feel connected and supported as they creatively explore their grief and honour loved ones.
No art experience is required, just a willingness to try something new. This program is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their artistic background. This is a free program with provided art supplies; only registration is required.
