Exploring Grief through Creativity Workshop

(in-person, registration required)

In these quiet hours you are guided through an exploration of emotions through your body sensations. You may notice where grief lives within the body and oer it expression through your movements, or you may choose to be still and simply listen. At the end of class there is the opportunity for sharing in a compassionately held talking circle if the participants wish.

This experience is open to anybody of any abilities/limitations. No prior experience necessary. Please plan to wear comfortable clothing and avoid eating an hour prior to start time.

Our facilitator Melissa Lyons is a yoga therapist, teacher, group facilitator and founder of Body Mind Wisdom. She is on faculty for the Phoenix Rising School of Yoga Therapy and teaches locally at Yoga By The Sea in Roberts Creek.

Maximum of 8 participants.
