Mindful Movement to Transform with Melissa Lyons
Mindful movement allows us to check in with our bodies and get moving in a way that can help us lower stress, release stagnant energy, and strengthen our mind-body connection. Participants in these gentle sessions practice self-care engaging in simple movements that utilize techniques to promote both mental and physical well being. Oftentimes, when we engage in mindful movement to help our body feel better, our mood is uplifted, too.
Melissa Lyons has an intuitive and loving presence. She is deeply passionate about empowering every human to live mindfully. She uses her knowledge and gifts to help her clients recognize the blocks in their life, and teach them tools to create more health and wellness. Melissa is a teacher and mentor in the YTT program at Yoga by the Sea in Roberts Creek and a member of the faculty and lead teacher of the Group Facilitation Training Program at Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy, Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
