Yoga for the Grieving Heart

Fridays from November 22 to December 13th
11 a.m. - 12 p.m. + 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
Join yoga instructor and Hospice volunteer Camellia Rumball for yoga for the grieving heart.
This practice uses gentle movement to support individuals in being with their grief in a small, supportive group setting.
Please bring your mat and a thick pillow or bolster if you have equipment.
Space is limited. No experience with yoga is necessary.
Participants are encouraged to attend all four sessions to benefit from the process fully.
