Yoga for the Grieving Heart

Join yoga instructor and Hospice volunteer Camellia Rumball for yoga for the grieving heart.
This practice uses gentle movement to support individuals in being with their grief in a small, supportive group setting.
If you have equipment, please bring your mat and a thick pillow or bolster.
Space is limited. No experience with yoga is necessary.
Participants are encouraged to attend all five sessions to fully benefit from the process.
