Yoga for the Grieving Heart

Join yoga instructor and Hospice volunteer Camellia Rumball for Yoga for the Grieving Heart.
This practice uses gentle movement to support individuals in being with their grief in a small, supportive group setting and can be done on a yoga mat or in a chair.
Space is limited. No experience with yoga is necessary.
Attendees are asked to attend all five sessions and to bring their own mat and a thick pillow or bolster.
