Living With Dying

You are invited

Sunday, November 20, 2022

What does it feel like to discover you have a life-limiting diagnosis? How do you care for someone you love who is dying and how do you make the right decisions about their care? These and other big questions are considered in Living with Dying, a 6-part video series that takes us into the world of facing a life-limiting illness as a patient and as a caregiver. This intimate, warm and tender documentary was locally produced by the SC Hospice Society with the Gibsons based creative team of Velcrow Ripper and Nova Ami. It is exquisitely shot featuring the beauty of Sunshine Coast forests and ocean as a source of solace and peace. Several of the film’s subjects who shared their personal stories will be present to participate in discussion following the screening.

Admission is by donation.

We are grateful to the law firm of Flemming and Sombrowski for sponsoring this event.
